Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using OQIM, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What OQIM Is

OQIM is an AI-enhanced Telegram client. It connects to your Telegram account through the official MTProto API to provide search, summarization, and commitment tracking features.

3. Your Account

• You must have a valid Telegram account to use OQIM
• You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use OQIM to violate Telegram's Terms of Service
• Attempt to extract other users' data
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent them
• Use the AI features to generate harmful content

5. Service Availability

OQIM is provided "as is". We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

OQIM's code, design, and brand are our property. Your Telegram messages and data remain yours — we claim no ownership over your content.

7. Limitation of Liability

OQIM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
